"At the beggining the host was very nice and allowed us to have an earlier check in to leave our bags there, noting that the cleaness of the apartment would be done while we were there (or our bags were there). We get out to had lunch and came back around 4 and they hadn't cleaned the apartment yet (it is supose to be ready at 3pm, that was our orginal check in) "

"Location to baker street and maryelbone stations is fantastic. As quiet as a street as you’ll hope to find in London. Property management team is almost too attentive. We asked local neighbors for advice and theyverrr awesome. The street has a community vegetable garden. Can’t recommend this spot more highly. "

"The property is a few blocks from Paddington Station, which is a central location for the Underground and busses. There were 8 of us in our group and we all had enough space and didn’t feel like we were crowded. There is no air conditioning (which is pretty typical and it was really hot the days we were there), but fans are provided in each bedroom and they kept the rooms cooler while we were sleeping and in the house during the day which was really appreciated and helpful. He eventually took a call from me, but hung up & then ignored attempts to communicate. This was really distressing for the family & we eventually had to request a refund & were left homeless for our stay in London from that night. Currently I am having to chase VRBO for the service fees to be refunded (300) as we didn’t even set foot...
