"I think the location is great. It’s close to the train station and the city center. Easy to walk to and from town. The breakfast was good, the staff is very friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and come back if I go back to York in the future."

"This was a nice hotel and the staff was great! They had a free hot breakfast and offered to make us a take away one but we had to leave too early. The stairs were wide, the room nice and we enjoyed our stay. Drove passed it the first time. Keep your eyes peeled."

"The B&B is perfectly positioned only 3 mins walk from The Bridlington Spa where we went to watch McFly. My daughter and I felt safe walking back to the B&B late at night. The room was beautiful with en-suite and special chocolates with a coffee station. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and cooked specially for each guest. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back when we need to go to another gig. Thankyou."
