Great hotel overall.

This is one of the best stays I have EVER HAD! I travel often and always, but the stay at this location was EXCEPTIONAL! High-tech and leaps bounds above other hotels!

I love this hotel, it’s well located, efficient and the lobby/cafe is perfect for a coffee or glass of wine. My only issue is that I often come back late from dinner and the entrance is in essentially an alley. I know Geneva is generally safe but I have to go into city mode preparing to run or defend myself as I take the last steps to the front entrance.

Quick stay before flying out in the morning. Comfortable with a restaurant and airport shuttle. I have stayed twice and will use it again.

Well run facility with easy access to the airport on their free shuttle. Great staff with good communication skills in multiple languages. They provide the hotel visitor card to get free use of Geneva public transport. The tram and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. A small shopping mall with a grocery store is also a few minutes walk next to the tram stop. A large shopping mall is two tram stops away to purchase anything you might need.

Stayed here for a few nights for business (UN agencies, short bus ride away): location is practical (right next to airport + train station - just jump on the #5 bus - same bus also takes you into the city). Mindful that this is mainly serving the conference centre and so is a working location, not for touristy purposes. Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.

Lovely property in France, convenient to Geneva Airport with restaurant that is open late.

Stayed here since we had an extremely early flight out. We were able to walk to the hotel from the airport and vice versa. The snack bar was open late, which worked great since it meant we didn’t have to look for something that would be open for dinner. We had a pizza and pasta, which were surprisingly good.
