"We decided to try this Chalet for 2 nights while visiting Annecy. Somehow I expected it to be closer to the city--turned out to be a 40-minute drive each way. Looking back at the property description I see that they say the lake is 38 minutes away, so maybe I just missed this originally...? The building is beautiful, apparently custom-made to be a home with extra bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for quests. "Très bon séjour, Cadre paradisiaque, belle chambre entourée d’animaux. Lit très confortable et douche nickel. Petit déjeuné sympa, peut être un peu cher. Super terrasse mais nous n’arrivions pas à fermer la baie vitrée à clé. Petit - pour le frigo pas très propre. Propriétaires très agréables. Nous recommandons ! "

"Can't give enough superlative comments about our stay at La Jour . A lot of character / color at our room, Le Prairie . Host , Mr. Alain was great . although not in city center Geneva, within 5 minute walk ( I timed it) to no. 22 bus , and you are at Gare Cornavin within 12 minutes , very "country /suburban " feel to the neighorhood . We brought back dinner 1 nite , and sat at the patio table . If you are not happy to stay here , you are too demanding a traveller "

"The guesthouse was situated in an nice autentical house thar was furnished with taste. Lots of shared space like a kitchen and living room and even garden. Marc was an excellent host. Breakfast was very nice with warm baked bread ansd self made fruit salade. Nice bed and shower. Due to the warm weather i was happy with the fan. I warmly recommend this place !"

"Je suis arrivée malheureusement un mercredi jour de fermeture du restaurant et sous la neige. Mais ayant été avertie par eux j'ai pu m'organiser. La vue est magnifique, l'établissement d'un calme exceptionnel. Très bon séjour et très bonne table. "

"Very large room and bathroom. Everything brand new and spotlessly clean. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The room is in a residential area, 10 minutes walk from Rolle train station and from the town center, where there are some restaurants. The owners who live downstairs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is also good and at a reasonable price. I recommend it."
