In the heart of Filey, just a few minutes walk from the sand and the sea, is this brand new holiday apartment! Belle House offers everything you need for your perfect seaside getaway, with a great selection of shops, café’s and restaurants on the doorstep and free allocated parking included. This apartment also welcomes one well-behaved dog during your stay.

The apartment is open plan, offering a bright, spacious and airy living, dining and kitchen space. With a wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy sofas, and a selection of board games, the living area is perfect for relaxed family fun after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is stylish and excellently equipped, providing a full oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave kettle and toaster, and even a Nespresso machine, for that perfect morning coffee whilst you make plans for the day.
The bedroom has lovely decor, with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, clock radio and hangers in the wardrobe. With a second television on the wall in here too, it’s the ideal set-up for a holiday lie-in!
The bathroom is very smart and contemporary, with a bath with mains shower over, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and a back-lit mirror to give a real luxury feel.

Whilst the seaside town of Filey is famous for a great day at the beach, there are various other attractions in the local area that will leave you spoilt for choice with where to explore first.

Glen Gardens is within easy walking distance less than a mile away, and offers beautiful parkland and gardens to explore, adventure golf and stunning views out over the coast. If you take your golf a little more seriously, Filey Golf Club is very nearby, just a little further on from Glen Gardens.

For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, why not make your way down to the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast for a spot of spectacular bird watching at the Bempton Cliffs. An established nesting spot from March – October, over 200,000 Puffins, Gannets, Kittiwakes and Guillemots take to the ledges of the white chalk cliffs almost 400ft up from sea level.

The larger town of Scarborough is also only roughly a 20 minute drive away and offers lots more to see and do. You can visiting the famous Rotunda Museum, a beautiful building housing unusual and interesting artefacts, or take a tour around Scarborough Castle, a mediaeval stronghold now looked after by English Heritage, with a busy calendar of live events throughout the year.

New Year trip

Clean, efficient, warm, fully equipped, lots of information, right in the heart of town centre, 5 mins walk to beach, everything you needed provided. Loved that there were Xmas decorations up too. Lots of keys and codes prior to going felt a little overwhelmed and nervous about getting it all right/remembered.

What a lovely, modern apartment, all mod cons, light and airy, clean and comfortable, parking space included was a definite plus. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Lovely local restaurants and coffee shops in Filey, were busy, even in March, but well worth visiting. Definitely would like to stay again.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Overall extremely pleased. The only negative was for me that a mirror above either of the bedside tables would have been a real bonus. I found it difficult to dry and style my hair without a mirror and plug together.

Central apartment with all mod cons

Apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and had all we needed, including TV and free internet. Location was great, centeal with local shops, takeaways&#47restaurants and supermarket nearby. Access to beach was easy as there were steps nearby leading down to promenade level. Good to have allocated parking space too. Bathroom is very compact but this is fine for a week and 2 people. Information folder only contained instruction manuals for kitchen equipment. I would have preferred the Internet router information in there rather than having to look at the back of the router. Instructions for operating bollard would have been helpful. Also some information on local shops and facilities and tourist information would have been helpful. 3

Lovely apartment . Very clean and new . Great location . And good to have your own parking bay . Would like to come back again. The only negative was the noise of the fire doors . And when we cooked the smoke detector went off . With it being near to the cooker . So had to be careful when opening the oven especially

Location of property to town and gardens and seafront. Getting the keys out of the locker box (someone did it for me). Dealing with bollard - didn&#39t know how it worked. Getting into the building itself initially took some time though I followed the instructions given.
