"There was no one there! We tried to check in and no one answered and we had to wait around with all our luggage. Location ok, not that central. Was clean. "

"All the hotel staff, and especially Helena, were friendly and helpful. The rooms are uniquely decorated in a cool and unique ‘marble library’ motif. The shower works great and the bed is comfortable. The location is convenient to the university and the rail station. One critique: the water closet is in a separate room (good) but the door and wall are clear glass, floor to ceiling (not good unless you’re an exhibitionist). "
