"Excellent check in. Very friendly staff. Extremely dog friendly. Room was spacious. All the fire doors in the corridors were a bit difficult to manage, but otherwise good. Food and drink was excellent and bar staff great. Excellent location being in the middle of the high street and the canal very close by for walking. Outdoor areas of the hotel were rather scruffy / dirty. Not a particularly nice area to sit close to the car park."

"The staff were very friendly and explained everything very well. We spent one night there and it was lovely. The hotel location it's great, close to the market, Salisbury Cathedral, pubs and restaurants. Carpark spaces are limited but we arrive at the right time and managed to charge our EV at a reasonable price."
