"Many of the features shown on their website are no longer available which would have given it an excellent rating but not so very disappointed. The Hotel and rooms were very clean and nice, staff very friendly. The price was right but check out features and entertainment facilities that are available to your at time of Booking."

"Super good 💥"

"It was okay. Fairly high price for the averageness of it all. I am from out-of-town so perhaps that's normal in Hamilton/Southern ON."

"Room was clean"

"Great friendly staff"

"I asked the front desk if they had a water fountain so that I can fill up my water bottle. I was told by the front desk I will have to purchase water from the vending machine. This is something that should be available to the public without a cost. Please correct."

"The Laundry Rooms is a great place to stay and close to everything!"

"Great spot for charactercool old architecture! I was able to check-in early and check-out later, due to a very late flight. While waiting I was able to store my suitcase and check out the castle! First time in Hamilton and I will certainly be back."

"It was a HOLE never again What a joke"
