"The room was clean and tidy . However, there was a strong smell of sewage inside the room , which made it unbearable to sleep in during night . "

My only complaint is that once we started using the toilet, the bathroom had a slight sewage smell but nothing too overwhelming that a closed door didn’t fix. "

"Ideally located for the famous promenade and very close to Castel dell’Ovo as well as a huge range of restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and really helpful at all times of the day. Thee room (LECCIO) was nice and big and very well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and there was always someone on hand to help with anything you needed. They even arranged a little gift for my wife on her 50th birthday which was very well received after an incredibly long and tiring day at Pompei. "

"Toledo loft is in the center of activity. The property is very convenient, modern and very clean and comfortable. Close to main tourist places. The Host Valery is great. However it would be nice to refill water etc every day and put more toiletries. "

"We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Palazzo Pandola in central Napoli! The palazzo is a boutique property with five rooms, converted from a large home in an old building dating back centuries. Our suite was on the top floor with a balcony that overlooked the central plaza. The suite was spacious with a big sitting area and had very high ceilings. "This place has few hidden SCAMS. Firstly, at your arrival you will be asked for €10 exit cleaning fee!! Something I have never heard of, have you? Secondly, the room is 15 mins walk up hills from the reception. Be aware if you an elderly or got bags or if it’s late at night. The name on the booking does not match the hotel name so you will be walking around like a fool trying to find the reception Check out by 10am! This is not an hotel really as it has less comfort than an Airbnb"
