"Excellent staff, very helpful and caring. The room was spotless and had everything I need. The hotel is quite and doesn't feel overcrowded. The hotel also has about 4 different places to eat including 24/7 bistro. The food is good and has plenty of healthy options to choose from. The hotel has a good size pool which was warm to swim in February, looks like it's heated. Very nice hotel."

"At check in, it was a very pleasant experience, Qusais, I think , very friendly, very professional, offered to show us 2 rooms so my wife could see which Jen she preferred, which was a water view on 10th floor. Breakfast staff next morning were very courteous, and it was a lively day, we sat overlooking the creek, relaxed breakfast. Coffee shop next for a couple of meetings which was all positive, followed by a run to the airport with a friendly snails from Dhan and Matia. New Hirel, with staff who care. "

"We had little bit bad start with the room, it was feeling uncleaned and was setting of amenities for 2 people although the booking was for 3. But the moment we contacted the receptionist she apologized and checked for another room for us. Eventually they upgraded us to bigger and better room with an amazing view that changed our whole stay to become an unforgettable vacation. Very recommended and amazing service. "
