"This hotel had so much charm from it's historic roots. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. There were various "nooks and crannies" throughout the hotel that you could use for small or larger conversations. The gift shop had a good variety of Frank Lloyd Wright-themed merchandise."

"We stayed at the Garner Inn & Suites after a concert at the Surf Ballroom in nearby Clear Lake. It's about a 10 or 15 minute drive from Clear Lake, super easy, just down the highway. The Garner Inn is very comfortable and well appointed, actually nicer than you might expect to find in a small town. The breakfast included hot items like sausage and omelets, in addition to the expected items like a waffle machine and muffins and yogurt. Staff was very friendly."

"Amelia has thought of every detail. The cottage is beautiful, yard impeccably landscaped. Includes all the little things you miss from home, fan next to the bed, extra towels, grill, cookbooks, so many little touches included you don’t always have with a VRBO property! She allowed us to check in early, as we were coming for a wedding in town & needed to get ready. Communicated when needed. Will most definitely stay again when we’re in Clear Lake. Thank you! "

"We had a very nice stay at this vrbo. The owners were wonderful and attentive. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had to change our dates after the reservation was made and they were great about that as well. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some small tables next to the furniture to set drinks, plates etc. the gazebo was very special. Enjoyed the mornings in there with my coffee. It’s a special house, and we would love to stay there again. Also, it’s in a very...
