"On a glance a really lovely property, however little things such as stains in the carpets, towels on the dryer had makeup from previous guests, broken items such as the toilet seat- still useable however just inconvenient. Overall the property serves its purpose with nice decoration, and a lovely kitchen."

"Unbearably hot. Insanely loud until 5 AM some nights. Black out shades don’t black anything out. Poorly equipped studio kitchen. Contacted management about a window that wouldn’t open, they emailed back asking for a picture of the window like they didn’t know what ‘window’ meant then ignored me when I sent it. ‘Balcony’ was a half meter wide walkway that goes around the front of the building shared with everyone else on the top floor. "Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. "Very clean, plenty of kitchen goods if you wanted to cook yourself but only 5 minutes from the river and lots of options to eat. Quiet area but felt pretty safe."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. I came back because I really liked it the first time, although it has changed hands since then. On arrival, our rooms were ready. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our baggage was safely left in the luggage room on the day of our departure, which made it so much easier on our last day. It was even brought to our table when we decided on a last-minute drink in the bar before heading to the station. If I had any gripe at all, it was in-room information. But this seems to be the same in most hotels these days. I miss having a menu, opening times, local sights etc in a booklet or folder. So convenient for the train station. Be aware that there is a door right next to the station. The first time I went, I walked all the way around the building to the front entrance! Would definitely stay here again."

Lovey Hotel

"Fantastic hotel. Had a small problem when I got electricuted switching my phone charger on. Spoke to the guy on reception who was absolutely amazing. Only reported it so it could be checked for the next people coming in. But our guy on reception went above and beyond to make sure we was ok. Bar staff also fantastic polite and just lovely people. Definitely be back to this hotel great service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out "

Great stay

"Great hotel, so close to the station. Realy lovely, friendly staff - nothiung seemed too much trouble The breakfast choice was one fo the best we have had in a hotel in a long time - fab to see things like bircher museli on te menu. The staff work incredibly hard, ansd it was much appreciated by us. Hope to return once your spa has been refurbished"
