"Communication was lacking on this booking. I didn’t receive an email beforehand with details of how to obtain key to the property, after reaching out i did get it just in time for our arrival. The cottage was plenty big enough for 4 of us but we found that the cleanliness was not up to our standards. Plenty of dust on all skirting boards behind beds etc, the sofas were really uncomfortable & sagging & there was not enough hot water for us all to have a shower in the mornings, let alone a...

"This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Minster Loft. The best thing about it is the location. Next door to York Minster with shops, restaurants and everything else just a stones throw away. Stays York communication is really good too. We love this little place so will definitely stay again. Only negatives are the stairs up to the property and it would be nice to have a tv in the bedroom after a long day exploring."
