"The check in process seemed messy and disorganized. We only got access to our room over an hour after the promised check-in time. The room was very tiny and cramped. The bed was only a full size, so not good for a couple. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the soap, so it just had to sit on the counter and melt away. They never picked up trash or replaced towels or linen during the four days we were there. On the other hand, the location was great and we loved the neighborhood. I liked how...

"Terrible mistake, we rented two rooms, one had cutlery the other one had no knives at all, a hole in the wall, mould on the shower screen, vent in bathroom doesn’t work, no coffee machine in one (the other one had it), one fork one spoon and that’s it. The area is called Crackolandia (which is our mistake for not checking it out prior). Communication is non existent, locks on the doors hard to punch numbers in…. Would strongly recommend against it!"

"We thought the apartment was nice but felt slightly dated. Had a problem with the toilet seat but they came and fixed it for us. The main issue we had with the place is that it wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. We did a general cleanup ourselves, but appreciate they offered to come clean it for us. The area was very nice, with a grocery store across the street, within walking distance to the mall and subway. The front desk has a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly to anything you...

"The place is a good area, very accurate as described in the app, there are plenty of restaurants, it’s also located close to Paulista Avenue, which is a great avenue full of tourists attractions. If You don’t know the area very well, I advise you to use uber to go to places, even though the place seems to be very safe."

"Not really a proper hotel. Not worth it to stay there just because it’s close to the stadium because there are plenty of other and better options to stay or to go after a game or concert. Place didn’t have much space to move inside or to accommodate our 4 luggages. I’d not recommend. Expensive and not good. Very difficult to communicate, only via WhatsApp and they couldn’t do anything to help me to all my requests. Very frustrating stay."
