"Motel walking distance to stores and restaurants. Friendly staff. My my Pool wasn't open while we were there, despite it still being advertised on the website. That was disappointing, as I specifically looked for a hotel with a pool for the kids. Breakfast was cold cereal, yogurt, toast/bagels, muffins, and fresh bananas and oranges."

"Staff needs some training in hospitality management. Didn't seem staff was well trained. Took too long to check in and staff didn't have answers to basic questions. Also, restaurant service was very slow. number of servicers for the number of tables was not satisfactory. Dinner took 30 minutes to get cocktails, and food took too long to be served. Breakfast was even worse. First day it took at least 1 hour to be served and the second day the cook/chef didn't show so there was no breakfast available - which is unacceptable for what is considered a high-end hotel. When I logged a complaint with the front desk, I was told that the restaurant was separately run by a third party - and therefore they had no responsibility - unacceptable response."

"Clean and convenient - large 4 acre dog park just down the street. We had a great stay despite the lack of a dishwasher. The place is a little dated but it was like staying at Nanny's apartment. The sauna was a nice bonus. The beds were comfy and the extra half bath was extremely handy with 2 couples staying. There was an extra fridge for bevies and we found all the necessary accoutrements to make dinners. "

"Staff was courteous… TV setup was totally confusing. Most channel indications were wrong and some basic channels were either unavailable or impossible to find. Amenities are okay, but the hotel can use a renovation. "
