"The location and house are phenomenal. Wonderful amenities. My only comment is about cleanliness and state of the house. It's clear the house is rented continuously. It would be efit from a deep clean and some maintenance. The spartan decor and light furniture shows every scratch and stain and dirty area, and they're really accumulating. The bathroom by the kitchen was very dirty above the mirror. The mirror in the hallway to the projection room was a smeared mess. Buth couches had multiple stains. The lower floor bedroom had a long scratch by desk and markings by the floor. The door locks on the main door and kitchen door look like they have been removed or broken and should be replaced. Duct tape on the main door look is a poor solution."

"Incredible home in a great spot. Big, beautiful, fully stocked kitchen and bbq setup. Three bedrooms, with a spacious common area. Outdoor fire pit. Lots of board games, outdoor activities like bocce ball, volleyball, etc. and a fire pit. Very quiet at night, under an astonishing star-y night sky. Also, loved the layout of the home, will keep it in mind if I opt to build one :)"
