"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. Le personnel était cependant aimable et attentif, et le petit déjeûner correct. "This hotel is convenient, clean, has good food and is welcoming. The village of Aime is pretty and with excellent access to the close by skiing and walking in the summer. Have stayed here several times."

"Room did not look like photos. We had to make our own beds!!! The hotel is in a remote location where the restaurant and local grocery store were closed. The hotel staff did not inform us ahead of our stay, forcing us to drive 60 minutes both ways to find the nearest play to dine."
