"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct."

Le personnel était cependant aimable et attentif, et le petit déjeûner correct. "This hotel is convenient, clean, has good food and is welcoming. The village of Aime is pretty and with excellent access to the close by skiing and walking in the summer. Have stayed here several times."
