"Great hotel near the Budapest Airport. We had a very early flight so it was the best choice. Walkable to the airport in 5 minutes. Great room and nice space. People were great,as well. The dinner expensive -expected as a hotel that has captured audience. But the food was pretty terrible. Staff was great. A food good note is they had breakfast opened at 4 am. And it was MUCH better than dinner. ;-) I’d stay again but maybe bring food in from the little grocery at the airport."

"Welcoming and helpful reception. Large room with comfortable bed. Good soundproofing. Extensive hot and cold fare at breakfast. Convenient for Keleti station and trams. However room too warm. Air conditioning is not controlled in each room, so only option was to have window open. This allowed external noise to enter. A shame, as otherwise a fab hotel."

"Absolutely beautiful place. The staff has been co operative n helpful. Greets u well with a nice smile n welcome drink. The room was spotlessly clean with all the toiletries and amenities. The place is located close to station which makes easy transportation. Overall wonderful experience and highly recommended. Thank you"

"I had a truly wonderful stay at Eurostars Palazzo Zichy Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—especially the front desk team. During my recent visit, I unfortunately left behind a very essential medical device (my CPAP machine). The staff went above and beyond to locate it quickly and arrange timely shipping back to me. I am deeply grateful and would like to extend special kudos to everyone involved in assisting me—your kindness and efficiency meant so much. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a great selection and equally warm, attentive service. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—centrally located with easy access to metro and bus transportation. It’s also surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafés, and a beautiful church, which made exploring the area very convenient and enjoyable. As for areas of improvement, I honestly have none to suggest. Everything about my stay was exceptional. Thank you again for such outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"We arrived late. This is in a very busy area of Pest and so it all looked rather dirty and creepy at night. At check in we were asked to give email address. Expedia does not show my email address and I haven’t needed to give it before. The night lady said to send me a receipt. I showed her my receipt. She got angry, stood, got our keys, threw them on the lower desk in front of us. She took us to a room off of the office to the street side of the building. We watched three other parties get taken to the courtyard side of the property. We felt the night lady was doing this because I angered her. The bathroom was clean. The floors were a colour that could hide dirt. The sheets were very thin, pulled and had dark lint on them. The pillows were old and the filling had broken down into chunks with dark shadows. The blankets were very thin, so my husband asked for other blankets which he received with even less grace than before. Curtains were not black out and there were bright lights outside the window. Both layers of windows could not block the noisy, busy streets. About 6 times emergency sirens went by before we went to sleep. Next morning after seeing our check in review the morning lady offered us a different room but we had already decided to leave. The morning office staff were friendly, kind and accommodating almost making up for the night lady, but nothing can change that room. If you stay here, arrive during the day (it also looks better) and avoid the office at night."

"The only complaint is that the shower drain was slow, and it never improved even after we advised. Otherwise, the location is good, next to Metro, tram stops, and the hotel is put together nicely. Breakfast has something for everyone, including a well-needed pair of coffee, cappuccino, latte grinding and brewing machines. Staff was professional and courteous. We would have no problem staying again."
