"We stayed in early January in a triple room. The hotel has recently been renovated and it had only just opened. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the Clotes lift and slopes - ideal for a short ski break. There is a sizeable ski room with heated boot warmers and plenty of space. Our room was large but lacked much storage. We had 2 small shelves, and a rail to hang clothes onto, but only 4 hangers - not ideal with ski kit and clothes for 3 people. The room...

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The check in staff and shuttle driver were all lovely. The restaurant/bar staff were a bit hit and miss. "Room was warm, had the basics but hob didn’t work properly, staff were no where to be seen at any point of the trip, reception/restaurant seemed closed at all times and the whole site felt like there was 2 or 3 cabins in use, all at the furthest point from the carparking area"

"We were a group of four senior travellers. We loved the accommodation which was very spacious, well equipped and artistically decorated. The view from the balcony was stunning - exactly as shown in the photo. (It should be noted that there are quite a few steps to negotiate for anyone with limited mobility both outside and inside the accommodation and only one shower although two toilets). The host, Andrea, was very quick to respond to communication and has also created a helpful website for all the details of the accommodation and surrounding area. Highly recommended!"
