"The H10 Lanzarote Princess was a great find for our budget. It was conveniently situated near to shops, play parks and playas blanca and dorada. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception and cleaning teams. The outdoor pools were varied and fun, though the water was very cold even though the weather was lovely and warm when we were there. "We had a fantastic stay with this hotel deserving of their 4 star rating. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink which was a lovely touch and then guided to our room. The room was spotless, with an enormous and comfy bed! Good sized pool, plenty of sun loungers but a small comment would be helpful to have a few more parasols. Food choice was excellent and fresh, with the kitchen staff really knowledgeable around allergies - and lots of gluten free options available which was great. Area around the hotel is calm and quiet with very accessible flat walking paths. Would definitely recommend a stay!"
