"We are an older company and this rental was extremely thought out in all areas. All amenities were top notch and anything you possibly could need, other than linens and towels, were there. The decor just captures a beach vacation, very well appointed. The home was very clean and each space was set up for comfort and convenience. Several Pine trees surround the property, therefore a bit of pine needles do make ground level a little messy, however, my doggie didn’t want to leave, completely safe...

"What a gem of a property! My Girl Scout co-leader and I took our troop for a long weekend to celebrate their high school graduations. The house was a neat as a pin and well appointed with all of the supplies we needed to cook and enjoy the beach. We were steps from the beach and the Broadkill store on the island. Get the donuts at the store early because they do sell out by 0900!"

"The location of this home is everything. Water views in all directions, a quiet secluded street, neighbors but great bars and restaurants are just 15 minutes away. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. "This is a really lovely property located about 15 miles south of the Delaware turf. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There were two queen size beds to sleep in nice size, bathroom, coffee, service in the room, as well as a decent size refrigerator, and a microwave. it is a family home there are, some comfort noises like children foot but overall, I really liked staying here and having the opportunity to get away from the typical hotel environment."

"Best beach house EVER! We stayed here last year and had to come back. Terry is so easy to deal with. This amazing house is clean, comfortable, and convenient. The house sits right on Broadkill Beach with a beautiful deck and easy access for humans and doggos. Our pup loves this place too. He loves sitting on the deck or laying on his bed inside. Nice kitchen that is well stocked with necessities. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is just enough for 2 adults. Lots of places to sit and read or watch some...

"The house was immaculate, beds comfortable and the location was nice if you want something with less crowds and a little more remote. We stayed preseason but the beach was empty. Lots of Horeshoe crabs could make laying out on the beach a little uncomfortable but we are beach walkers and found it very interesting with lots of birds, crabs etc...Important to note that Fowler Beach (just north) is closed all summer for the nesting birds."
