"Two families staying together for father's day weekend and we had a really lovely time. The house was great with a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen and the host was super helpful and the instructions were all clear. Beach was a short walk away and the neighborhood is nice as could be. Thumbs up, do recommend."

"My daughter, dogs and I spent a week in May at this cute cottage on Broadkill Beach. The house was clean and nicely set up. The screened in front porch is bigger than it appears and was perfect for hanging out. The fenced backyard was a godsend for the dogs. Although the cottage can theoretically sleep 8, I wouldn’t recommend it as the living area is very small and the one bathroom is tiny. My only (minor) complaint was that the outside shower wasn’t turned on during our stay. It would have been...

"We had a great stay at this rustic cabin, it is super close to the beach and was great for our small family. The outdoor shower was perfect for getting the sand off. Bug spray kept the flys off and the beach is amazing! This was our first family beach trip together and we had a great time."

"Return renters to this property and it is still perfect for our family. Our 5 and 2 1/2 year old had a blast in the bay. The house is perfect with its short walk to the beach and amazing sunrise views over the water. The removal of the bunks and addition of two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom was a nice touch. Having a full size washer/dryer is also awesome being at the beach with 2 kids. Love this place and will hopefully be back soon!"

"Cozy beach house with beautiful view! Saw fox, eagle, and many species of birds. Nicely decorated in light colors. I love that i could see the nature preserve and water from the small window in the shower! The bay and beach is a short walk, a few minutes away. Nice roomy deck and enclosed porch offered lovely evening breezes. Wonderful sunset from the deck every night. A quiet area with friendly neighbors."
