Pool is heated so my kiddo was able to swim without freezing. Villa is beautiful and has everything you need to have just relax and not be on the hunt for odds & ends. Thanks again guys! "

"Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. "

"We loved the space - the owners definitely made the most out of a very small space. The apartment is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need for a stay, and right by the beach. The only issue we had was that it was a little crowded - and bathrooms were tiny. Might be difficult for someone tall or wide to navigate."
