"First surprise was a big spider on the curtain scared my child then i couldn't sleep well for two night because of bed bugs my body was scratching me hall night. Main building and reception is nice but dont except to stay there.. You will be surprised by staying in another buildings next to it connected buy underground corridors and lifts very difficult to find the the way to room. Looks like prison break.. Nice view clean towels clean room but the only problem bed bugs you feel it "

"An Exceptional Stay in Austria – Truly Unforgettable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at in Austria. Everything about this place is simply exceptional, from the breathtaking surroundings and beautiful facilities to the genuinely warm hospitality. Imagine waking up to the soothing sound of a waterfall, surrounded by majestic mountains, before heading down to enjoy a wonderful breakfast spread, elegantly served on crisp, white tablecloths. Such a simple yet luxurious experience. Absolutely splendid! A very special appreciation goes to Jonni, Anton, and the lovely lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately didn't manage to get (blonde haired lady). Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay incredibly personal and memorable. They are truly among the hotel's greatest assets. Beautiful facilities can impress guests, but it is people like them who make guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Swimming while overlooking the mountains and waterfall was an experience in itself. The scenery was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Another wonderful bonus was having access to the Urban Nature facilities, which added even more value to the overall experience. Everything about this hotel is top-notch. P/s: Jonni, the iced latte seakan-akan starbucks with oatmilk were very nice! Thank you."

Unfortunately our travel plug broke, but Tommy one of the team was fantastic and travelled to another property and came back to us with a plug so we could charge our phones. Thanks again we’re so grateful."

"The Hotel Post was closed so I was moved to the Hotel Salzburger Hof which is next door and owned by the same Swedish man. The thermal facilities are too not. Pools, saunas, sun decks. My room had a small deck with a flower box. It was all do very well done. And a huge breakfast buffet."
