"A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. "This is a lovely place to stay as a base for exploring the Dolomites and Bolzano itself . The breakfast was excellent as was our room . The outside bar at night is lovely for a night cap . Pool very small and busy so didn’t get to try it out but looked nice . "
