"I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We arrived from the airport with our bags lost and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The hotel has a great old world charm and the room was big."

"The front desk (Caroline) and breakfast person (male fellow) were great. Caroline was very personable and shared experiences of the safety of the hotel and area. She offered the sauna and other workout amenities which we were not aware of, and I used them! The other front desk receptionist (male with a beard) was also very helpful in figuring out the bathroom heater rack for drying clothes. I would come back again!"
