"The property was as advertised; the hosts were amazing, as they bought coffee, some beer, and snacks for us to use when we arrived. The cable TV quit on us twice, and the host spent an hour on the phone with Xfinity to fix the issue. I highly recommend this vrbo."

Owner was excellent to communicate with and checked with us part way thru our stay to see that all was going well. Membership transfer at Babcock National was helpful feature. Only downside was that stay was fairly expensive as beside base rental fee, Babcock Ranch charged for many amentities and eating establishments at Babcock Ranch were...
