"What a wonderful property. It EXCEEDED our expectations!!! From the extra amenities of the volleyball court to the mini soccer field, golf putting green, buggie board and pool floatees even down to the board games, hammock and baby swing - a kid's (and parents) dream. Kitchen was exceptionally well thought out with every little "gadget " you could think of. We actually own several rental properties ourselves, but this was our first time being a [renter] at someone else place...boy were we blown away! Yasmin and her team did an excellent job of making sure every need was covered. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!"

"Me and my girlfriend are from Seattle and if you know anything about WA it rains 10 months out of the year. My girlfriend just had her birthday this past Tuesday so we decided to spend the entire week out here. She loves being in the sun more than anything so we decided to visit a different beach each day we were out here.Our stay at Lynn's home was great! It had everything we needed and Lynn was in contact with us almost every day that we were here. There's really nothing that we could point to that could've made our stay any better. We had a blast coming down here and we've already made plans to come back again! Thank you for hosting and taking care of us Lynn! "

"House on river was everything as said in discrimination- very clean -nice landscaping- updated kitchen and baths-comfortable beds and furniture-plenty of room to spread out. Heated pool and hot tub and grill a plus. Dock was a great place to watch spectacular sunsets and fish. The amenities were above and beyond . There were 8 in my family and we were all comfortable and happy with neighborhood and convenience to restaurants,shopping and beach. Management was a phone call away if you needed anything . Plan to go back."
