Una casa hermosa !
Wir waren zu fünft in Portocolom - 2 Erwachsene und 3 " Chicas ". Wir haben uns sehr wohl und auch willkommen gefühlt, und hatten eigentlich alles was wir brauchten. Angefangen beim Töpfchen und Kindergeschirr für unsere " Kleine " ( 3 Jahre ) bis hin zur Hängematte ( u.a. zum chillen :) ) für die großen Mädels ( 13+12 ). Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern ! Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Ignasi hat uns ständig mit aktuellen Informationen und Tipps versorgt. Überhaupt gab es in der Buchungsphase wie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes ein überaus offenes und sehr freundliches " Miteinander ". Da wir im Februar in Portocolom waren, hatten wir gerade wegen der Kleinen ein bisschen Sorge bezüglich der Wärme im Haus. Es gibt einen gut funktionierenden Kamin ( Holz inklusive ), und diverse Radiatoren im Haus, so dass wir es ( dann auch am Abend ) schön kuschelig hatten. Das Haus verfügt über eine eigene Zisterne.Das Wasser hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Man kann es sogar trinken, was auf Mallorca nicht gerade üblich ist. Außerdem kann man die im Haus vorhandenen Fahrräder ( nebst Kindersitzen ) nutzen. Also für uns war alles perfekt. Eigentlich wollte ich das alles gar nicht schreiben, da ich befürchte, dass wir dann im nächsten Jahr keinen freien Termin mehr finden - denn wir wollen auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Super Haus für Familienurlaub
Super Haus für Familien! Man findet ALLES und alles wae super sauber. Spielzeug, Bücher, E-Heizungen (haben wir nachts gelegentlich gebraucht), Kamin (mit Feuerholz natürlich), Kicker, top Waschmaschine, unser Highlight: Der Orangenbaum im Garten, voll mit köstlichen Früchten. Saftpresse natürlich vorhanden, so gab es jeden Morgen frisch gepressten Saft. Portocolom ist super gelegen für tolle Ausflüge. Auch der Ort selbst ist herrlich für schöne Spaziergänge, Eisdiele auch im März geöffnet, ein schöner Piratenschiffspielplatz mit Meerblick vielleicht 300m Fußweg vom Haus.

Kinderfreundliche Ferienwohnung
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Portocolom verbracht und waren von der Unterkunft begeistert! Der Check-in hat reibungslos funktioniert und auch der Kontakt mit Ignasi war sehr freundlich und verlief einwandfrei. Das Haus ist für Kinder und Babys sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Spielzeug (Bücher, Spiele, Duplo, Kickertisch,...) für Kinder und sogar Austattung für Babys (Hochstuhl, Rausfallschutz, Babybett, Babybadewanne,...). Außerdem gibt es eine gut gefüllte Garage mit viel Strand- und Freizeitausrüstung, wie Fahrräder, Buggy, Sonnenschirme, Stand-Up Paddle und vieles mehr. Küche und Badezimmer sind ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Der Hafen ist in 5 Minuten und die erste Badebucht in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Sehr gute und kinderfreundliche Wohnung
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit unseren Kindern in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr kinderfreundlich und meine Kinder haben sich sofort mit dem vorhandenen Spielzeug im Spielzimmer spielen. Geliebt haben meine Kinder die Leinwand mit Beamer jedoch sollte unbedingt ein Fire-TV-Stick oder ein Chromecast mitgenommen werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet sogar Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel waren vorhanden. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech, jedoch konnten wir mit dem Kamin und den Elektroheizungen die Wohnung erwärmen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Maison super équipé et hôte au top
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison d’Ignasi. La maison est chaleureuse et magnifiquement équipée pour les familles avec enfants. Vélos, casques, sièges enfants, poussette, jouets, matériel pour la plage... il n’y a qu’à arriver et poser ses valises, pas besoin de ramener grand chose finalement, tout y est!!! Ignasi est très serviable et attentionné et très bien organisé! Dans la maison il y a deux classeurs avec des explications sur tout le matériel de la maison et les activités à faire avec le chemin pour y arriver. Rien à dire, parfait!!! Les alentours sont sublimes, pittoresques, hors du tourisme de masse. Nous avons adoré et nous recommandons à 100%!

Sehr gut ausgestattet und kinderfreundlich
Wir haben zwei Wochen mit unserem Kleinkind in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie befindet sich in einem Wohn- und Geschäftsviertel im historischen Teil von Portocolom. Ein ausgezeichneter Italiener sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt sind keine 50 Meter entfernt. Zum Hafen und zum Spielplatz läuft man ca. fünf Minuten. Zum nächsten Strand sollte man etwa 20 Minuten Fußmarsch einplanen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Es gibt sehr viel verschiedenes Spielzeug, Bücher, ein Trampolin im Garten etc. Für jedes Alter ist etwas dabei. Die Küche bietet ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe/Pfannen, scharfe Messer, Schneidebretter, Dosen, Kinderbesteck und -geschirr. Es waren sogar Spülmittel, Lappen, Spülmaschinentabs und Backpapier/Alufolie/Frischhaltefolie sowie Küchenhandtücher und Gewürze vorhanden. In der bereit gelegten Informationsmappe waren viele Ausflugsziele und Restaurantempfehlungen benannt sowie ein paar Fahrradtouren, welche man mit den ebenfalls vorhandenen Fahrrädern (selbstverständlich mit Fahrradhelmen etc.) unternehmen konnte. Zu beachten ist, dass die einzelnen Zimmer mit Flügeltüren aus Holz ausgestattet sind und nicht mit klassischen Türen, weswegen diese nicht hundertprozentig schließen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Unsere Fragen wurden durch ihn schnell beantwortet, so dass man sich stets gut aufgehoben fühlte.

Mallorca with young kids? You found the perfect place.
The accommodation is located in a quiet street in walking distance to town and is well equipped with everything you could think of. We were visiting with our son (19 months) and especially enjoyed the possibility to go to the local beach by bike. It's just an easy ten minutes ride away. Ignasio was a perfect host and did quickly respond to our needs. Sure, if you are traveling without kids you'll find more suitable places, but with kids you just found the place you were looking for to explore the southwest of Majorca.
