Finca Es Bosc de Ca n’Alou is situated on a hill surrounded by a beautiful pine forest. You reach the house via a mountain path, the house is at the end of the path.
Upon entering the house you will immediately see the stairs that will take you to the second floor. Next to the entrance there is a full bathroom with bath and a double bedroom with two single beds.

There is a spacious living room with a TV area and a dining table with access to the terrace and great views. Next to the dining room is the large and fully equipped kitchen, also with access to the terrace.

On the second floor are two double rooms each with 2 single beds, one of them with a lovely terrace and amazing views. There is also another complete bathroom with a badtub.

The covered terrace is very spacious, there is a large dining table and excellent views of the mountains and the sea. At the back of the house there is the large pool surrounded by pine trees and sea views.

The house has ceiling fans, WiFi and Satellite TV.

Traumhafter Meerblick

Das Haus liegt ein wenig versteckt, wie man es sich von einer typisch mallorquinischen Finca vorstellt. Mit einem Mietwagen (kleinen SUV) ist die Unterkunft gut zu erreichen. Es sind dann nur kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Strand und Restaurants. Man kann wunderbar am Pool relaxen mit Blick auf das Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Wer Mallorca kennt und liebt ist hier genau richtig.

Finca mit morbidem Charme

Die Lage "im Wald", der schöne, saubere Pool und der herrliche Ausblick waren bei der Hitze eine Wohltat, weil wir uns mehr als sonst "zu Hause" aufgehalten haben. Die Verriegelungen von Türen und Fenstern sollten gecheckt werden, da sie tw. nicht korrekt zu schließen sind. Im oberen, recht engen Bad, das ja von 4 Personen benutzt werden soll, wären Wandhaken und eine zusätzliche Regalablage an der Wand vorteilhaft. Im Liegenbereich sollte der künstliche Rasen erneuert werden.

Traumhafte Finca in guter Lage

Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und der Pool sehr sauber. Das Haus selbst ist hell und offen mit zwei schönen Bädern und auch die Küche hat alles, was man benötigt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Weg zur Finca. Mit meinem privaten Auto würde ich diesen nicht täglich fahren. Die Schlaglöcher könnten zumindest mal ausgebessert werden.

Erholsamer Urlaub...gerne wieder

Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Finka liegt auf einer Anhöhe und bietet einen traumhaften Blick in die Natur und zum Mehr. Die Ausstattung der Finka ist für einen Urlaub ausreichend,der Pool ist schön groß und wurde durchgehend gefiltert. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Es ist eine Grillstation vorhanden,Grillzubehör (Kohle,Anzünder) ist mitzubringen. Die Finka ist von aussen schon in die Jahre gekommen und hier und da schon etwas verblasst,was sich aber in die südländliche Landschaft einpasst. Uns hat es jedenfalls gut gefallen. Ich würde empfehlen,sämtliche Waschbecken mit Einhebelmischer auszurüsten,es würde den Wasserverbrauch senken und es wäre praktischer. Für kältere Tage wäre es wünschenswert den Kaminofen zu befeuern,allerdings sind die Türen nicht abgedichtet,sodass es zur Verquallmung der Finka kommt. Allerdings ist auch kein Feuerholz vorhanden. An der Grillstation könnten noch ein paar neuere Grillgitter vorhanden sein.
