"I much enjoyed the pool which was indoor more for labps. However the atmosphere was relaxed and I was advised by staff when it would be less crowded. There were lots of cheery touches including check in greeting with nice beverages."

"Park Plaza Riverbank was nice but the staff is t as professional or helpful. Specifically the head of concierge or head of guest services or guest relations manager. She was a bit combative and not as helpful. Needs to improve her communication skills"

"Such an affordable and lovely stay! Breakfast was delicious and great quality with so many options. Best hotel Breakfast canteen ive ever experienced. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage and the bathroom was lovely! Our only struggle was the heat during our stay because we came during the august heatwave. the windows only opened and inch or so, so our room was constantly hot and humid. Even when it cooled down outside for some reason our room stayed very hot and it was a struggle to sleep. I understand that this is not the fault of the hotel staff. But i would recommend that the company look into integrating fans or air conditioning"

"Great stay within ten minutes walk to London Eye snd Westminster. Check in was tedious but the concierge staff made up for this. Travelled with my child and felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel is within two minutes walk to Lambeth tube station so easy access to all parts of London"

"First time staying here and will definitely be back. It was a short stay, but the hotel is in a great location. Very clean and sorry we didn't have time for breakfast, but it looked delicious."

"I had a double bed room with a large balcony overlooking the Rotherhithe pier and across the Thames, Canary Wharf pier. It was a really nice touch having the balcony as the hotel was/is currently facing issues with their ac system not working around the hotel so I could leave my balcony door open for cool air as I slept. I did not have breakfast so I cannot speak on that. My room had bits of dirt here and there but nothing too crazy to complain to the staff about. Staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the convenience of staying right across from Canary Wharf (and it being a 2/3 minute boat ride away (free for guests staying at the A&O), I would definitely recommend staying here as I am already planning my next trip back."
