Transportation provided to all the fantastic restaurants- hotel rooms were spotless and very well furnished and decorated. Knoxville has become our new Charleston. All around great experience. "Upon entering the building, it was clean. Staff was very nice. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was good. I would recommend staying at this hotel. "

"Everything was great. Only two things hampered our stay. They were the elevator was very slow and little pressure in the shower. Other than those 2 small things everything was excellent, especially the clerks at the front desk at check in and check out were outstanding in every manner. They should be commended. "
