The staff was helpful, courteous & responsive to our needs.
However it was cold there & I was not instructed on how to turn on the heat until after a freezing night I had to ask.
On the same day there was no hot water and I was told to restart it, which I didn’t know how.
The manager came to the apartment & showed me how to start the heater & reset the water heater. This information would help on the first day of my stay, either verbally or in writing.
