I‘ve never experienced something like this… First of all, we were perfectly on time for the check in, in the end we needed to wait 35 Minutes for someone to come by. We needed to call the management 2 times and still it took that long… Arriving in our room it wasn’t fitting to the pictures shown on the internet. "Det var hverken håndklær eller såpe på badet (ikke hånd-såpe heller). Søppel på badet var ikke kastet og der lå det mye ekkelt. Vi måtte etterspørre håndklær og fikk dette dagen etter, og såpe kunne vi ikke få da de «hadde byttet bygg» eller noe slikt. Sengene var også veldig harde. "
