"We rented this apartment for a girls weekend in London and it was wonderful! This apartment is very clean and spacious. It is right next to Paddington station and within walking distance of many places that tourists may want to visit. The landlord responded quickly to our questions and addressed the minor issues we had with the place (getting the AC to work). I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay there again! There is some construction work happening on the building next...

"The flat was functional and good enough for our stay but definitely needs some attention. There was everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, bedding and towels etc but it definitely could have been cleaner. There are patches of damp particularly in the bathrooms and the en-suite shower was boiling hot. The upstairs room, where there are 2 sofa beds, was damp smelling and sparse. The location is perfect, not picturesque but right off the Main Street, 5 minutes walk from the castle and river."

Nice sitting area with TV, comfortable bed and plenty of closet and storage space in the bedroom, and the kitchen was updated if you want to cook. Hampstead area is terrific. "We enjoyed our stay but had one issue with this property... there was no mention in the listing of the 37 very steep stairs you have to climb with your suitcases which could be very difficult for older guests. We are 71 and 73 but very fit and active so this was not too much of an issue for us. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable."

"The location is very convenient. There are lots of eating places within walking distance. The tube station is close by, as well as, there is access to a grocery just next door to the station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home like atmosphere. Would definitely be recommending this place to others and would definitely be staying here on my next visit to London."

"Stayed in their deluxe studio for 10 nights. It was relatively quiet during the night although you can hear the creaking floor boards above you. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe walking back to the property at night. The studio facilities were adequate and clean.
