"Easy, cheap & frequent shuttle to LHR, nice handicap room with tub on ground floor and close to restaurant, which had a great breakfast & delicious dinner. Very safe environment for a solo, female traveler and inexpensive to boot! Highly recommend. Will stay again next time I need to be close to LHR."

"Very convenient location close to T5 and the pod transfer is easy but expensive for such a short trip. The room was comfortable and big enough for an overnight stay. Bathroom and furniture was old but worked ok. Very cheap for an airport hotel and would stay again."

"Overnight stay before an early morning flight. Room very comfortable and location for check in at T2 in the morning was literally 4-5 minutes to check in desk. PERFECT Location! I know London and airport prices are steep but please when you charge 12.5% service for food, have the decency to remove the line for a tip as well. If I have a similar flight again i would ABSOLUTELY stay here!!"

"This is my second time staying here and has always been very good. It was still good, but I was disturbed alot by the neighbour next door talking incredibly loudly on his phone. Also, I would have liked to not receive an email the day before I am due to check out, asking me to check out online. I think it takes away from your experience of being away if it feels like the hotel is rushing you to check out. "
