"This hotel is very convenient to Oxford centre by car or taxi. Hotel is very comfortable with excellent service from staff in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast is lovely too. Charged parking is available at the hotel. Would stay again."

"Paving in garden area uneven. Coffee not always available in some bars. Pond needs warning signs, and safety features for young children. More towels needed in room. Reception lady with blonde hair, on arrival, not very friendly. On breakfast, food luke-warm, bacon and scrambled eggs dry and tasteless. Plates cold and had to chase cutlery and plates not cleared."
