"The ladies in the front desk were all very nice and welcoming! We had a nice stay as the location is near many restaurants, cafes and the bus is located right across the street. If you enjoy walking the location is also perfect for walking pretty much anywhere. The only thing that would make this property 5 stars is changing the beds as they are not too comfortable but the staff provided us with an additional sheet which helped a lot. "

"The property owner was very friendly and polite. She provided a wonderful European breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee / juice daily. The room was clean and homely. Transportation to downtown is about 30 minutes away by metro bus for about 1.50 euros each. Each way. Easy transport walking distance from hotel. If you need transportation she can arrange driver to airport or port. We had a wonderful experience would highly recommend this establishment. "

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia..
