Alessandro and the entire team is so wonderful and helpful! Every detail and answer was provided online and in real -time as needed! The view of the adjacent gardens with palm trees and the easy proximity to Termini makes this an easy choice! The Turkish embassy is within view and you can find an easy mix of Italian + Filipino + Peruvian restaurants as well as a local Pam Super market just around the corner! I loved my stay here so much that I extended for a second night!

This property is operated more like a B&B rather than a hotel. Service was outstanding. From initial questions before we booked the room to helpfully giving us access to the property ahead of check-in times, to a comfortable stay with free coffee and croissants for breakfast, along with water and coffee and snacks available in the common area 24/7. They also had a laundry room on the same floor which we didn't use but would be convenient for families. Water pressure for the shower was just fine. Bed was quite comfortable. Air conditioner worked very well. Overall a wonderful stay!

An excellent location, close to the Rome central train station (Roma termini) check in was surprisingly easy given that there was no staff. Charming location near some amazing restaurants and even a salumeria around the corner with a wide range of meats, cheeses and wine. Close to bus and metro stations. Walking distance to shopping and other conveniences, including about half a mile walk to Rome Termini train station. The room was clean and comfortable. We recommend this lovely property!
