"Loved the decor and layout of the place. It was close to hospitals and Rice neighborhood with all the great restaurants. I loved that there was a tv in living room and in bedroom (this gave us 2 spots to nap or watch tv without being in each others hair) washer and dryer in unit as well. I prefer condo to hotel room and this was perfect. Nice gym as well."

"I came to stay with my daughters for an extended weekend. Overall, the property was in a good area. It was quiet and we were able to easily get to local attractions/restaurants. The only issue we had was gnats. There were swarms of gnats coming from the drain, so we did not use the kitchen space at all. It may just be due to time of year (April). The bed was very comfortable. The complex was quiet and people were friendly. "

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was, especially for the price. It was close enough to NRG Stadium to go for an event, but just far enough that the prices weren’t jacked up. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in town. "
