"The location of this property is wonderful - far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to get to any neighboring towns and main thoroughfares easily. I felt comfortable in the space and looked forward to returning at the end of each day. The property itself is beautiful and well cared for. The staff who oversees the property was welcoming, friendly and attentive and responded immediately to any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again."

"This property overlooks open fields with a pond, hillsides, and a tree farm across the road. If you want a quiet area where you can watch the sun set from chairs on the outside patio and watch the stars come out, this is it. There are separate sitting areas, and a firepit below the house with chairs as well. The unit was clean, and questions responded to. No issues with check in or check out."

"A wonderful, comfortable, clean, quiet spot, minutes from Litchfield but hidden in a spot that is both convenient to the area but very private. Outstanding communication with the owner from start to finish. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice house. Right across the street from the beach. Very easy access. Boat ramp is very close by. Plenty of space in the driveway for our pickup truck and boat trailer. Great place to stay if you are looking to spend some time on the lake."

"We were happy to have a clean and comfortable place to stay while in Torrington visiting family. The hotels in town are nasty so this was a great alternative. There is a park across the street and an Office warehouse on the street behind, so it’s quiet at night which was a plus. Inside is definitely as advertised, cozy but not cramped, the furniture and decor is well appointed. We will definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the barn. The location is stunning. The barn had everything my son and I needed for a short stay. We enjoyed the garden/grounds and the people renting the silo were great too. Mary was very responsive and answered the phone at 10:25pm the night of our check in when we were lost in the dark and stayed on until we’d safely arrived. Mary was also honest and refunded part of our deposit that had been inadvertently overpaid. Would highly recommend the barn for a short stay."
