This is an amazing, adorable cottage. Very peaceful and quite with an incredible view of the nearby meadow. Deborah our hostess could not have been more friendly and welcoming, and informative about the history of the local area. Can't wait for my next trip to Kent! 5 stars all around.

I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.

Every conceivable amenity is provided, making the stay effortless and enjoyable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, with everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips.Stosh and Deborah were wonderful hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to making their guests feel comfortable.I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. The mid-century studio is even cuter than in the photos! Perfect location with walk to town and the wonderful restaurants there. Perfect for a couple. (I highly recommend the almond croissant at Wilsons.) The place is spotlessly clean and easy/quick communications with our host. The snack basket was perfect and the extra water bottles in the fridge saved us on a hike. We will definitely be back, maybe to paddle the nearby Housatonic. :)
