"If you’d like to go to bed before 3 am, do not stay here. The music from the bar across the street was blaring so loudly it felt like we were inside the bar despite being 9 floors up."

"What ever you do, do not stay in room 224A or B. Industrial fan low frequency hmmm. So bad it would open the blackout curtains. Staff very disingenuous. Take your money type of location. I am a Hilton hotel honors member and this service was average on its best day. I'm sure it tough to find good staff."

"Unfortunately the photos on the book site do not truly look like the rooms. The hot tub Was dated, tiny and dirty. The site does not mention that the fire places do not generate heat and have an error message the whole time. The front desk staff was extremely passive aggressive and borderline rude. She wasn’t very clear about the directions of our room and when asked a second time for directions, she was very snarky. The breakfast was mediocre and cheap. For the price we paid, including parking- save yourself and just book Marriott or anywhere else for better service and overall experience. The only reason we stay is because we already paid and the room was surprisingly extremely clean. Outside of that, not worth the money especially if the front desk isn’t kind. The furnace is also extremely loud when it kicks on randomly at night and you can hear everything in the hallway"

"We are asthmatics and requested that no scented cleaning products be used in the preparation of the room. Scented products can trigger attacks and can cause dangerously elevated blood pressure -so we greatly appreciated the fact that our request was followed through. Thank you. We will recommended this location to friends and family."
