- Since the property is off the grid, the air conditioning system is automatically shut off at 7:00 PM and is available to turn back on at 7:00 AM. The A/C is only available in the living area and not the airplane. There are air fans provided for your comfort during the cooler hours of the evening
- Guests are welcome to swim in the pond and use the kayak. Please note that there are no lifeguards on duty, and all water activities are at the guest’s own risk
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras located on the outside of the home facing the parking lot and entry. The cameras do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
