"They have a storage room for large luggage. Also the lifts (elevators) are very small. The ad said local shuttle. They did not have that available. There was a Taxi driver strike and we were forced to drag our luggage 1.5 miles to our cruise ship. Everything else was great. "

"The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to most Athens attractions. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within just a minute or two walk from here. The hotel itself was very nice. Inviting lobby. The entire staff was super friendly… from the front desk to the doormen to the cleaning staff. There’s a restaurant on the eighth floor that offers a buffet breakfast and it’s included in your room rate. The food is really good and though it doesn’t vary that much it’s a nice breakfast option for sure. We had dinner one night at this restaurant and it was fantastic. The view is of the Parthenon all lit up and it’s spectacular. On the other side of the restaurant, the view is of the Zeus ruins, which are just a bunch of columns, but still pretty interesting to see from eight floors up. Food is excellent. We also had drinks up there a few nights, and they were great. The restaurant is very reasonably priced. Our room was cleaned daily and hada safe and small refrigerator. Plenty of storage for clothing.There is a balcony; one thing I would suggest is that they put a chair two out on the balcony because it’s nice to sit outside and people watch. Instead, we stood out there and did that. The hotel did not have coffee in the lobby On days that we were leaving early, we couldn’t get coffee before the restaurant opened at 7 AM. But this is not a big deal. The hotel arranged airport transfer, and the drivers were on time. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The room was very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make are stay perfect. The food was amazing and you can not beat the views from the rooftop restaurant. Would love to go back."

"Hotel close to beach. Limited parking but we could always get parked which was great. Staff friendly. Tv didn’t work in our room, neither did the air conditioning so nights were very hot - couldn’t keep door open due to stormy weather. We were floor 5 and there was lots of noise from the floor above- sounded like the dragging of chairs/moving of furniture all through the night "

"Perfect hotel location and perfect services and attitude by the entire staff to make sure our 5 night stay was perfect. Great room, very good breakfast, amazing view of the acropolis from the roof top breakfast and dinner dining room. Location can’t be beat with great Restaurants and services right out the front door. Bellmen, front desk, housekeeping, resturant personnel all have a terrific attitude and are friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows and room was great. Good A/C. Can’t say enough about what a nice hotel this is. I have stayed at some very nice hotels in Athens before and this was my best experience!!"

"Excellent friendly check in. Staying for 24hrs however requested a late check out. Was offered to upgrade to lounge access to enhance stay and use after the check out time (11am) however it was cheaper to pay 50% of the daily rate to keep our room until 6pm. Reception staff VERY helpful. Room was excellent and despite renovation of 50% of the hotel we did not get disturbed at all. All the staff, reception, security, concierge , cleaners we found were friendly and calm and it felt like a very well run hotel."
