Light and bright, the spacious sitting room with dining area has been thoughtfully furnished with vintage pieces and Farrow and Ball accents, meaning little cottage is relaxed and tranquil. On winter nights, light the fire and snuggle up together to watch a good film with a glass of wine. Upstairs, on the first floor, two beautifully presented bedrooms. The master bedroom hosts a king-size bed with direct access to the family bathroom. Twin beds are provided in bedroom two, and a third mezzanine bedroom is reached via ship's ladder. With vaulted oak beamed ceilings, this bedroom offers twin beds and makes an exciting place for children to sleep. Outside, the rear south-facing garden is laid to lawn with a patio that can be accessed from the kitchen. Garden furniture offers seating for six guests, and with a charcoal barbecue provided, dining al fresco will surely beckon.

Fashionable Burnham Market, Norfolk's loveliest village, is a short drive away, which is home to numerous independent boutiques and restaurants that are very hard to resist! A twenty minute drive north leads to the fantastic sandy beaches at Brancaster, Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, where you can tuck yourself away in the dunes and enjoy long summer days sunbathing.
