"Clean, safe, beautiful, economical, friendly staff. What more could you ask for?! 10/10. Great amenities, we loved the gym and pool. The staff was so friendly, from the man who checked in our car (didn't get his name) to Justin at the Jaggery Fitness Center. Justin made us a smoothie with fruit grown on the property, it was incredible!! They also have security so we felt so safe at night. Also we ordered room service and the Lamb Gyro was sooooo good!! We have dairy allergies and they were so diligent about not putting feta or tzatziki in our meal. The location is good, close to Kayak Bay which is what we came for. The property is well maintained and cared for, so it's just gorgeous to walk around. My one complaint is that check in is at 4 and check out is at 11. The stay really should be longer. Other than that, this place is wonderful and we will be returning, Lord willing!! "

"We stayed at the Marina rooms. The hotel is spectacular, recently renovated, and in impeccable condition. The gardens are beautiful. Breakfast at the Ventanas restaurant is very good and Angel at the omelet station will highlight your day. The magnificent pools, the funicular, the great personal care products, the private beach at Palomino Island, the ocean views from anywhere in the hotel, and the many restaurant options at the property will make your stay very enjoyable. There is a water park within the property too. A great place to stay in the Beautiful Puerto Rico."

"Have stayed at this location multiple times. Very clean and comfortable with good wifi and short walk to seven seas beach. Short drive to location for night kayaking and other boating excursions that leave from Fajardo."
