"Host never answered when we asked where we could leave our luggage,as previously mentioned, when we arrived via ferry so that was completely ignored. "The property is very conveniently located to restaurants & beach activities. Check in & check out process was simple. The room was clean & provided the essentials. However the 'courtyard' area you walk thru to get to the rooms was trashy & beds weren't very comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep one night after a Bio Bay tour so it worked for our purposes."

"The resort and the unit are 2 totally different experiences. The resort itself was lovely- lots of pools and on a small beach (pools needed to be maintained better and the "waterpark" part of it is only open on the weekends) but the resort was kept tidy and pleasant. Our unit, however, was clean but VERY disappointing. It was not maintained well and many things were broken (the lock on the sliding doors, locks on the windows, THE TV!!!)
