"Very friendly and helpful staff"

"Nice design, free snacks in room near airport with free shuttle. Breakfast included but I did not try coz I checked out at 6am. They needed 5000 rupee deposit, about 18USD. I only had about 15USD in 2 different currencies which was accepted. Great staff."

"Location good"

"A great place but not typical 5 stars"

"Worst stay ever. I was bitten by mosquitoes in the room. Imagine that in May heat they had exquisite mosquitoes! Breakfast was terrible although staff member did being me some fried eggs on demand, Thank God. Staff especially at the reception ( person named musawar) was especially rude. Told me a rule three times over including calling me to know my personal phone nber. Really made me feel guilty without me breaking any of hotel rules. Overall bad and terrible experience..."

"Great hotel! Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay."

"Good stay option in the budget (I got a special offer from Expedia)."

"The staff had very good attitude and accommodating"
