"The room was ok, then cleaners came only once during our stay. She was rude. She didn’t clean the shower at all. She didn’t replace the toilet paper roll even though it had finished and she didn’t clean the table despite me asking her. The tea mug had lipstick stain on them."
"I’ve never stayed in a hotel quite like this one. Luxury, attention to detail, fantastic staff and wonderful rooms. There was an issue thru the booking site that messed up our room but the hotel staff fixed it immediately. 10/10 would stay again! Loved it. The area had a lot to offer as well. Easy to navigate. "
"Great checkin experience - Damon was very friendly and quick. Free self parking was a bonus. Our suite was very spacious and had a separate bedroom for my husband and I. There was a full, nice kitchen. I called the front desk upon arrival to request sheets for the pullout couch and Damon immediately came to our room with a prepacked bag of bedding.
